What kind of ingredients do we use? 

+ High quality tallow from locally sourced Florida farms ( Tallow )

+ Natural beeswax ( Cerva Flava )

+ Natural Shea Butter & Kokum butter (Butyrospermum Parkii )

+ Natural Jojoba oil ( Simmondsia Chinesis )

+ Natural Arrowroot ( Maranta Artundinacea ) 

Common Toxic chemicals found in many deodorants:

Aluminum Compounds. Purpose: used in antiperspirants to block sweat glands and stop perspiration. Health risks include possible long term health risks (e.g., breast cancer)

Parabens. Purpose: Preservatives to prevent microbial growth and extend shelf life. Known endocrine disruptor that mimics estrogen.

Triclosan. Purpose: Antibacterial agent to kill odor-causing bacteria. Is found to be a hormone disruptor and antibiotic resistance. 

Phthalates. These are often hidden under " fragrance" Purpose: Used to make synthetic fragrances last longer. Known to be a Mormon disruptor, associated with reproductive and developmental issues. 

Artificial Fragrances. Purpose: provide scent. Can be made of a dozen of undisclosed chemicals, often irritating to sensitive skin and linked to allergies or respiratory issues. 

Propylene Glycol. Purpose: Acts as a carrier and humectant. ( keeps products from drying out) Can be harsh and irritating to skin. 

Stereths / PEGs / Stereth-20, PEG Hydrogenated Castor oil.  Purpose: Emulsifiers and skin conditioning agent.  Can be contaminated with ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane ( potential carcinogens). 

Talc. Absorbs moisture. May be contaminated with asbestos if not properly processed. 

What kind of fragrances do we use? We gently use high quality essential oils instead of harsh synthetic fragrances which are found to be endocrine disruptors.  

Do we offer fragrance free option? Yes we do for those with a little more skin sensitivities or not needing fragrance.

Why don't we use Baking Soda? Baking soda can be too alkaline and has been known to cause irritation for users and is found in many deodorants. 

Do we need to sweat? Heck yes we do, it's our bodies way of cooling down!
